Well, the holidays were a lot of fun. Gained and lost 15 pounds and gained and lost another 10. It was extremely helpful to buy a scale. I weigh myelf every day and when I'm scared to do it, I ensure I do it at least once a week.
What I really need to do is figure out why I'm not eating and why I want to eat, and how I want to eat. This needs to be a learning time. This needs to be a time of figuring out new habits and really truly shedding others. I just wish i knew where to start.
