I am halfway through the bootcamp and feeling really great about this accomplishment.
For me, it is huge because in the past I have let everyone else's needs come before my own, never taking a minute for ME.....
I truly have come to LOVE my exercise minutes. Everyday I find a different sparkpeople video to do along with my bootcamp video, I am so loving the 10 minute cardio kickboxing. When I have finished i feel like a champion, flexing my muscles in the mirror at myself....That's our little secret
I still haven't weighed myself. We don't own any, nor do the people around us...But should I find out a random neighbor has a scale, i will feel the need to go ask if i can use them... at least until i get my own.
I started back to school and this week have made my exercise routine part of my getting ready for class routine......

Today, starts the first day of the last week of my 28 day bootcamp. YAY. I am so proud of myself.
The day 1 cardio routine, i saved to favorites and I will probably do that one every morning and in the evenings that the weather doesn't permit my little crowed and i to go for our walk/jog.
I am feeling physically better with each passing day. Exercise truly does make you feel better. Most days, my 2 yr old comes in the room and tries to exercise also it's great. I think i have started something, by finally listening to my sister, Asta, and looking into sparkpeople. Hugs to you sister....
Later, off to go walking before school tonight
