I am determined to build muscle and look great by the time summer roles around and I am supposed to be seen in a bathing suit. Soooo... I have been strength training for the past 2 weeks as well as Zumba for Wii. Here's what I'm doing. If you have any tips of other ST exercises that give great results, I'd love to hear them!
CARDIO: Zumba for Wii at least 20 min, 3-5 x week
STRENGTH TRAINING: at least 10 min, 3-5 x week (using 3 lb weights when weights are needed)
Looks like you have a great ST plan!! I use Exercise On Demand and Coach Nicole's videos on here for my ST. I haven't used my Wii in a while and I didn't realize there was a Zumba game for it, might have to get that! 2017 days ago
