I feel like the character in the movie What About Bob that is constantly reminding himself to take baby steps. That was a real break through idea for him. I have adapted that theme for my first weeks working this site, changing my eating habits and changing my exercise routine. I'm doing my 8/8 water, waking up with 10 minutes of vigorous exercise in the morning, and working the food log.
What I have learned today...I eat way too much for lunch. I am off for 1 hour for my lunch. I live 1 mile from my work, so I go home every day to let our dog out rest and recharge and eat. And apparently I eat, and eat and eat...

I have had my first ah ha moment. I'm making new plans for lunch, a protein shake.
Baby step drink my water, baby step heart rate up for 10 minutes every day, baby step watch what goes into my mouth.
