Run for the Melt

Hello everyone ,

Thanks for reading my blog !

I have been at a stand still for the last week or so in the melt column , so today i decided to try and add a little more strength training on those days and a little more cardio on those days.
My joints started aching some as I was doing my cardio so I eased up and slowed down to just a slow walk. Do not need to hurt myself and make it even slower to lose. However , i know it is possible as many of my friends who are in much pain and have different issues have and are able to lose. This inspires me to keep going thick or thin!

Day 118 of my NEW PLAN and all is going great? Yes ! emoticon

Life is Great and God is Greater for the many blessing in my life!! emoticon

Maintain = In order to stay 266.6 ish today I need to eat 2476 calories. emoticon
To reach my goal of 225 by September i ned to eat 1790 calories or walk off any amount over 1775 I eat.

I use this websight to help me determine what numbers to use when making my new calculator:

3)exercise: ? yesterday ~ heavy weight/workout day 2.47 miles today 5.14 miles emoticon

calories burned walking alone ? yesterday 411 emoticon today 855 emoticon

calories eaten ? yesterday - 2188 emoticon 2485

Yesterday : ~~ 1790+411=2201-2188= +13 (positive again) emoticon
today ~~ 1790+855=2645-2485 = +160 (positive again!) emoticon

4) blog for motivation? YES emoticon

5) read other blogs and posts for extra motivation? YES emoticon

6) weight loss-not required but nice to see-- no weigh in

last checked 1-18 = 7 day .4 pound up

7) Did I get 7 hours of sleep last night? Yes 7 ! emoticon

8) How do I feel about my progress... scale 1 to 10 ? 10 emoticon

I did my workout cardio and walking in , got allot done and feeling very good about that. saved money shopping using sales and coupons too!

    Chris there will be little set backs.......... but you have a way of getting back up and not thinking about the problems..... I find that amazing........ You have the right idea....... keep going and keep inspiring us all.... it is so easy to cheer you on..... and keep positive...... emoticon
