  You should try the walk away the pounds dvds. You basically walk a few miles at home. They are really good for when it's cold out. Since you're new to the exercising thing you should probably start out with that. You'll get some good cardio in and you can increase your activity and exercise regimen after you drop a few. By spring, you should be ready for a challenge. The dvds you can find at walmart. Or amazon has the whole set. I recently got a dvd with a bunch of different walks on it for around 12 bucks.

    I just wanted to say I really enjoyed your blog. I think you're really funny, you made my day lol.

I don't think I could stop at 2 slices of pizza, so you did well last night at least!

So, you are still buying bad food and making not so great choices but you know that it's not doing you any favours. At least you are aware of that! Did you actually buy it or were you just craving? Sorry, I only just got to that part of the video lol

Regarding the exercise, just start out with some short walks. The fresh air does you wonders. If you can't get out you could do some strength training, Spark has loads of videos, some just 10 mins long, so it's not super intense or anything.
