Sticking to the Plan

Have been sticking to the plan of smaller portions

I'm trusting the Lord everyday with help to change the way I eat

There are so many things to do during a day, so keeping busy and using the exercise bike are part of the plan

Really looking forward to spring, not too far in the future

When I'm hungry, trying to drink lots of water

    I was just trying to get Chica to stay still enough for me to get a few passes with a brush
    through her coat,she is getting a few matts on her belly,and I remember getting a post from you telling Chica to run cause I was after her with the scissors.
    I have checked a few times to see if you were still on line, so when I looked at your page
    imagine what a nice surprise I got.
