I want to gain back the 75 pounds I lost last year and then some, because I am just too happy with my results.
I want to go back to eating pints of Ben & Jerry’s, donuts, and other things that are not good for me…I mean, have you seen the amount of fat and sugar in those things?
I want to sit all day and not go for hour-long walks. Because walking is exercise and exercise is good for you.
I want to grow back into my big clothes, because having a waist is too distracting.
I want to be limited in what I can do. Who wants to go on roller coasters, ride on horseback, and do other things that are fun?
I want the lack of energy to climb hills again, because being winded partway up the hill is no fun.
I want….well, I could go on and on about the things that have changed since joining SP. I hope you realize this entry was written in jest.
If you’ve been doing SP for a while; slip up in your diet/exercise plans; and angrily or sadly respond that you wanted to be fat anyway….just remember how far you’ve come.
