Well, hellooooo there SP! I've been super busy and pretty much m.i.a. from here for awhile. My last blog was almost a month ago, and it was basically just me whining... so let's remedy that!
Brief update: New Year's rocked. I worked it out so I could leave work a couple of hours early, which got me to where my friends were at about 10 pm. Success! We partied in the new year. I've gotten to see most of my family within the last month, which has been great. I went to the mountains with my parents, aunt, uncle and cousin for this past weekend. There was plenty of snow and my cousin and I went tubing, which is always a good time. Other than that, it's been work, work, work!
I pretty much haven't tracked my food at all in the last month, but I haven't been going crazy either. I've been weighing once or twice a week and have been fluctuating 1-2 pounds above my lowest weight. This past weekend in the mountains, I basically ate the whole time, and almost none of it was healthy. This morning, I was expecting the worst, and was pleasantly surprised to see 122.4 on the scale, only .2 above my lowest weight to date. I mean, how motivating is that?!
My exercise has fallen by the wayside as well, but since I was out of work today, I couldn't come up with a good enough excuse to avoid it. Haha. Then I realized my next goal on my Sparkpage is 120 by 2/1/11. That's two weeks from today and 2.4 pounds to go. I decided to get my butt in gear and had a great workout! I may not make it, but I'll hopefully be close!
