Today the Active 2 had lots of cardio from running, foot fires, skipping and mountain biking. I can't believe I can actually run with proper form and without huffing and puffing. It actually feels good to run and I always beat my virtual trainer. I also took out my wii balance board and decided to connect it. I got to do the side lunges with balance. That was fun and I was pretty good with my balance. The most surprising was the straight arm plank. When I saw it on the list I was pissed. When I did it I was like "this is it?". I can't believe I did it without my arms shaking or me dying to finish it.
I had to do the Zumba Fitness again since I had so much fun yesterday. I did the Advanced 20 minute class. Then did some Just Dance 2 to round off my exercise to an hour.
Overall great workout today!
