Yesterday was a good day, I did go exercising only for an 1 hr. My weight I lost 1 lb. I did the step machine for 60 min. that is 650 burned calories.
Today my food diary - 10am Breakfast - 1 cup egg whites, 1 lg apple, coffee, 3 tbsp fat free french vanilla creamer, 4 equal sweetener. 1:30pm Lunch - 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup cooked cauliflower, 16 cherry tomatoes, liveactive cottage cheese, 1 large apple. 3pm Snack - dannon yogurt. Dinner (eat at mom's).
I feel the only challange is that I need to eat protein. On a typical day I never have protein (fish, chicken or beef) I only eat maybe chicken or beef on the weekend.
Before this book I at vegetables, fruit and have cereal and non fat milk, and yogurt as my staple for my days meals. I would add in progresso light soup, maybe tuna pre packaged. I would eat for dinner a lean cuisine or healthy choice.
For the past 2 years I have been exercising 3 days a week, sometime 2 days a week., always 1 to 2 hours. Back in 2008 I was 216 lbs. Today I am 166 lbs. In October of 2010 I was 158.
I gained weight from all the food I ate carelessly during the holiday and cold months.
We still have more cold months ahead. I will be mindful of what my goal is and look forward in the warm month that will come. Look forward to Spring time. I want to get back to 158 that is my goal right now. Once I hit that mark I want to 150 lbs. I learn to take baby steps in every possible situation.
