    You've got some awesome qualities :). I had some rough times in 2010 myself, and when I stopped and thought, d@mn, I'm resilient!, I realized how well I cope, and instead of focusing on the negative (e.g., I gained 5 lbs and I haven't been able to get rid of it!) I focused on the positive (e.g., wow, you know, a year ago I would've gained 10-15 lbs dealing with everything I've been dealing with, but I only gained 5!). It made a huuuuge difference for me!
