Cheat Days

I had a really bad day Friday and made it a cheat day....rrrr Why did I do that when I know that I'm def. going to have one during the weekend. So, needless to say I had two cheat days instead of 1 last week. We'll see how that turns out this Friday. On a better note, I'm starting to like this working out in the morning thing.
