I found out that I CAN SHOVEL SNOW- it FEELS GOOD TO WALK IN IT- joint pain disappears as long as my feet are not cold- and IT BURNS CALORIES!20 minutes of shoveling snow was so much more enjoyable than other aerobic exercise, and it got some work done around here too. I think i want it to snow more so I can do it again. LOVE IT!!!
