One of those Weeks

Started out following a healthy eating regimen then by the weekend I was grazing, snacking and pigging out. Started out in the morning writing down my plan. Then by afternoon I was lost. Not sure what's happening but I need to get back on track.
I made up some sugar-free Jello, put some frozen turkey breast meat and a container of homemade soup I froze, into the fridge to thaw. I would make soup but it's been warm this week so I'll cook the liquid down, add some extra veggies from freezer, add some beans and the turkey and make into a casserole.

I really, really need to start exercising. Downloaded some Sparkpeople gif files to view and follow the shown exercises, just need to get started.
Got my scale working now! Weighed 190.8. Since I weigh at Weight Watchers at night, it will be higher. I just hope it's no more than a 1 lb gain when I go there tomorrow night.

    It started with the snacks we bought for girl scout registration. Only 1 family of 5 showed up. Was disapointed that I could not start a troop. I nibbled and nibbled. I will not make a mistake of buying the wrong foods again.

    lets sit back and write in your journal what caused the binging. Can you remember what you were doing, or what happened about that time that set you off. Next write before you bite.
