Started out following a healthy eating regimen then by the weekend I was grazing, snacking and pigging out. Started out in the morning writing down my plan. Then by afternoon I was lost. Not sure what's happening but I need to get back on track.
I made up some sugar-free Jello, put some frozen turkey breast meat and a container of homemade soup I froze, into the fridge to thaw. I would make soup but it's been warm this week so I'll cook the liquid down, add some extra veggies from freezer, add some beans and the turkey and make into a casserole.
I really, really need to start exercising. Downloaded some Sparkpeople gif files to view and follow the shown exercises, just need to get started.
Got my scale working now! Weighed 190.8. Since I weigh at Weight Watchers at night, it will be higher. I just hope it's no more than a 1 lb gain when I go there tomorrow night.
