Second blog of today - rare but trying to blog more and my first blog is totally not fitness/weight loss oriented but some things I had on my mind...
Okay, onto the program....yesterday I stayed within my calorie range again (something like 155 less than top) which was good. Hubby and I went out last night to get a new bathroom light fixture and a few things while our kids hung out with my Dad for an hour. By the time we got home, got the kids to bed and I washed up for bed it was after 8:30. I thought I really wanted a snack, or worse something more substantial but in the end stuck with a can of caffeine free diet pop which filled me up! Maybe not the best thing but better than what might have been! LOL I turned out the lights not long after! TV was limited to watching a bit of a sitcome hubby watches while reading at the same time. I have mentioned before that I have a tendency of mindless snacking during TV so really want to nip this which is likely to mean less TV for a bit. I have a bunch of shows I like to watch on the PVR now, so tonight I might tor an hour before bed, but with no snacks, or at least something that fits into my ranges!
This morning I got up again for a workout before getting ready for work. So today is the third day of consistent exercise and hopefully will be the third day of good food choices and tracking. Brought my lunch again today!
Scale is moving in the right direction, finally. Now I just need this to continue!
