Bootcamps, Monthly challenges, mini challenges..

I am working my backside off. I just re-set my program. I am doing 2 Bootcamps
1) 28 day Bootcamp
2) 10 minute a day streak Bootcamp
A monthly Team challenge
"Return of the Sun"
And Track food/ or Weight loss
and a mini challenge each week. this week it is 500 crunches.

I know I said Coach Nicole say do not do a "Do or Die" approach to fitness. I swear I am not. I am forcing myself to creat it a habit of working out Am and Pm... I slep better and feel better when I have all of this going. Beside with all the Water intake, track food, watching Food & calories and working out I do not have time to binge...

Because I am keeping busy I plan my next day the night before. Meals tracked and planned, Fitness tracked, cardio & Strength. I am re-reading the Hard bound Spark book and I am waiting on the Paperback book to arrive...I am keeping myself busy with focusing on myself for a change. I need to lead by example with my kids. I want them to have better healthy habits, and better self esteem. I think my 7 year old gets it, but she is a gril, My 19 year old is wondering if this is just another of mom's phases... Nope not this time. I have gaols set for daily, weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months, a year out. I keep a journal with me and keep adding pictures to my visual collage to give me something to visualize my goals... I am going to make this, I will work it and not expect it to work for me. I need to do the work.

I watched the show Heavy last night and it inspired me to work harder and remain focused...I will do this...
