1. ME - Invest in Yourself with some ME TIME each day! Take at least 15 minutes for YOU (10 pts)-journaling in the a.m., software play in the p.m.
2. EXERCISE - You need to move it to lose it! (5pts for each 20 min of intentional exercise. 20pts max per day)
(15pts:(15 min walk, 10 min Pilates, 35 MIN ST)
3. LOG - every bite of food you take in (5pts for logging. 5 more pts for staying in range)
(10pts: 1300 range!)
4. TRACK -SODIUM this week (5 pts for tracking a nutrient. 5 more pts for staying in range
PLUS supplements for Calcium, Bvites etc. and fibre
Maximum points per day = 50
POINTS GAINED:45 pts! Mostly a day of rest for me! Next two days will be alternating previous workout regimens again!
