It has been a busy day for me working ,driving and researching on our next job. I am just waiting to find the outcome and go with it.
As I have said God's will be done! I have done my part now it is up to Him.

Maintain = In order to stay 268 ish today I need to eat 2496 calories.
To reach my goal of 225 by September i ned to eat 1775 calories or walk off any amount over 1775 I eat.
