January is half over

Well January is half over and I haven't racked up any miles for my goal and don't see it happening any time soon since I am feeling under the weather. I have although racked up over 500 sparkpoints. Does that mean I am going to hit a 1000 sparkpoints for the month? It would be the first time I ever did that in over 3 years. So now I have something to really shoot for. I will have to start putting some miles on if I am going to do that so my goal is still on for the month. It is not totally undoable but I will have to dedicate myself in more than just the food area. I need to start focusing on the exercise too if I want the scale to continue in the right direction.

I know I can do this, I just have to keep my mind in the right direction along with the rest of me.

    You're right Nikki, You Can Do It! I can't remember, do you have a pedometer? With the kids, I know it's hard to get the solid blocks of time to do the walking that you want to do but if you were watching the steps it could motivate you to keep moving in order to add steps...at least chasing the kids and pups would have a pay off!
