Each week like I said I will post two short term goals and the one long term goal that I am working on.
Short term goals will be worked on one per week or until accomplished.
Long term goals will be a year or more away.
Short term goal number one:
Loose 2 pounds this week.
(Should not be too hard as I am making a change in my eating and making a goal of working out.)
Short term goal number two:
Exercise at least 3 times this week on my Wii.
(I did a 20 min session last night and loved it. I just bought Biggest Loser Challenge for the Wii and just tried it last night so it should keep me going for this week, plus I have probably 12 others to play)
So far I feel I can really achieve these short term goals. I think what I will do for each goal that I achieve is to put a peice of money into a jar in my room. If it was a hard challenge and I did it I will put a dollar bill in the jar. If it was an easy challenge and I did it I will put a quarter in the jar. However it I do not do it I will have to put $5 in the jar. Then when I get to my long term goal I will be able to spend it.
Which then brings me to my long term goal.
Since I just got back just over a week ago from a vacation/anniversary honeymoon/child care training cruise vacation with my husband my vacation time is used up. We decided while on the vacation that the next trip we take we are taking our kids to disney world. Plus my dad said that he will come with us and stay in the hotel so my husband and I can have 2 nights to ourselves and we plan on having 7 days at DisneyWorld and possibly a day or two at a few other parks as when we take vacation it will be for two weeks.
So my long term goal is to weight 220 or less (more so I can be comfortable on the plane and in the water park and for my health and to show my dad that weight loss is possible as he is working on loosing weight for this goal too.)
