First day of Weight Watchers

Monday, January 17, 2011

I am starting weight watchers today and to those who may read this knowing I am in the isagenix group I do still plan on using isagenix from time to time but I have found that for an everyday thing I need to be able to eat what the kids are eating or similar throughout the day in order to stick to anything. I will still have a week here and there where I will cleanse and do a basic 9 day isagenix program but I cannot see myself living that way day in and day out.

I am starting my blog as mentioned in my welcome page statement.
I plan on posting a new blog at least twice a week and welcome everyone to come and comment on each blog and email me as you like.
I will post in my blogs the emotional side of weight loss and some of the big achievments or downfalls too.
It is time for me to stop hidding behind the baggy clothes and the cold weather gear and get my but in gear to be ready for summer up here.

I know it will take a while for me to fit back into my summer clothes from last summer but I have untill mid May to make it back into them. I plan on living in last years summer clothes until they no longer fit.

Last summer I was 238 pounds at the best point, with much credit going to isagenix.

Today is Janruary 17th, 2011 and I am starting WW at 276. Yes that is a big increase in weight from last summer but I know I can loose it again. I am not as heavy as I was when I began my weight loss journey so I know I can loose the weight again.

I will post a weekly goal for both something I have control over and a pound or measurment goal.

While doing all of this I will still run my in home preschool/daycare and still care for my own two children who are 7 and 2.

I hope to have others follow my blog and together we can share our cares, fears, hopes, and joys.

I like WW, because I can see myself working this way of life for the rest of my life. It is easier to stay on track when I'm not doing something that is so very different from my kids. I think you will find it that way too.
LEASTCMPLICATED, there is a post by SUNRISE14 that might help you at this address

See if this helps you with tracking WW on Spark. I am old fashioned and like paper and pencil. Keeps it simple for me, and I know I can do it anywhere by keeping a small notebook and my WW Pocket Guide in my purse. This keeps my consistent- 45 pound loss since August 1!!
There is another post somewhere even earlier than this one on the WW Support Team message board if you want to dig for it, but the one I mentioned is shorter and seems to be as informative.

ANGEL4NATURE, keep up the good work. You and your kids will love you for it!!

I'm wondering how you do SP and WW. I just started WW but I like the SP board a little more, it has a better search and a better community. If you have any tips on how to integrate the two i'm all ears!! :) good luck in your journey!!
