It's been really hard to stay motivated with exercise this winter. After I completed my 5k training program and ran in two 5k runs my motivation went downhill with the declining sunlight. It's really hard to maintain a running program when it's not light long enough in the morning or evenings. I made myself download a 10k running app program and it's been quite challenging doing the first week. I was able to do though! It's a six week program and I finished Week 1, Day 2.
