starting the gateway to 8K pod-runner and 2 more weeks of boot-camp challenge

I have finished 2 weeks of the 28 day boot camp chalange and I have been loving it :) I really feel stronger and I lost an inch off my belly so far. I have been running 4 miles and want to get up to a 10 K when I can. March would be nice because there is a great 10K race in SD. I am going to try the gateway to 8 K and see how I like it. I have been loving the Jeff Galloway run-walk intervals on the motiontrax podcast so I'm hoping I'll like this one just as much and it will start pushing me up to the 10K mark. I don't have a particular time I want to do it in, I just want to finish a 10K as a first step. So I just thought I'd put my goal out in the world and work towards it this semester. :)
