Well I have not been doing so good lately. I have not been getting all the exercise that I have been planning, and some days I have not been getting any. I have been making excuses and I have been overeating,eating way to much salt, and sweets. This has got to stop!

Take small steps until you find your way back, that is what works for me. Start with watching your water since is works as a filler, then portion control and cutting junk out and so on and so forth. You can do it! :)

    I've been struggling to get back on board, myself. You're not alone! I think it's those winter blues setting in & WE CAN & we WILL overcome!!! You are doing soooo well and kicking my ass in fitness mins despite not getting all you want in.

Lets get this DONE and meet our goals!

    I'm not doing so good right now either. I do really well for a few days then one thing throws me off and I go right back to bad habits. We are both still here though and that means we are one step closer to the right path again. You can do this! I'm rooting for you!

    Well I will be 39 here in about 10 days but, no that is not what I wrote the computer of the operator(me) mess it up and I just didn't feel like fixing it. emoticon

    Hey don't beat yourself over it okay. These things happened.

I went through 2 weeks without working out. The guilt is crazy but then you know, it is a state of mind. You can keep berating yourself for those things or just forgive yourself and start again tomorrow.
