I lost 40 lbs with weight watchers. It is a great program. I will be out of the plus size range if I lose another 10 lbs. I am having a difficult time getting back on track. I know that I need to stay within the points range but I am back to my old habit of eating milk duds on a daily basis. Which I know is out of my points range. Why am I doing this? I could easily be out of the plus size in another month or two. Am I afraid of Success?
