I have examined my past records of my diet and exercise and discovered that after week 3, I begin to start losing focus and begin to get careless with recording my intake of food and output of exercise.
It;s amazing at what keeping track of these 2 important health issues will show you! I have little books for 4 years ago of my pattern and sure enough the writing starts getting sloppy and the progress starts winding downward.
But I have sought it out and no longer is it hiding from me! So look out week 4 you will not overcome me this time but I will overcome you!
