Zooming in on week 4

I have examined my past records of my diet and exercise and discovered that after week 3, I begin to start losing focus and begin to get careless with recording my intake of food and output of exercise.
It;s amazing at what keeping track of these 2 important health issues will show you! I have little books for 4 years ago of my pattern and sure enough the writing starts getting sloppy and the progress starts winding downward.
But I have sought it out and no longer is it hiding from me! So look out week 4 you will not overcome me this time but I will overcome you! emoticon

    That seems to be a pattern for a lot of us! I can't even make it to week three! Ha!
Way to read into your patterns and beat it! You can do it!

    That's great that you have those books to look back on! I have made one promise to myself this time, that I will come here and log my total calories for the day, every day, no matter how high they are. That way, if I end up not losing as I would wish, I will at least know why. Good luck with your week 4!
