I will not let the "fat" demons win
I will not take "no" for an answer
I will not let myself be defeated by this weight
I will not stay unhealthy for long
I will not make any more excuses
I will not try to find a shortcut to my goals
I will not let myself get any fatter
I will not buy a larger size pair of pants
I will not let myself get down
I will not be looked at anymore as the "you have such a pretty face, if you could just lose weight!
I will not have people tell me to eat foods i dont want
I will not lose this battle

I will do better
I will make the time to exercise
I will make sure that I stay motivated
I will eat with portion control
I will keep a food journal
I will eat healthier
I will make myself a priority
I will love my body
I will except downfalls
I will pick myself up and start over
I will work out longer
I will drink more water
I will love me because I am worth it
I will not give up

I will win the Battle of the Bulge and prove to myself that I can and will do what I set out to do. This is my year and NOBODY will change it but ME!
