7 come 11. That sounds lucky. Luck does not have anything to do with the changes that I must take to lose the weight and become healthy. I have been a drifting member since 2007. Ridding some weigh, only to turn around and finding it. I commit myself to improve this year. I will exercise 5 times a week for 1 hour each day. I weighed myself the 1st day of 2011. Disappointed, but not even surprised (since my close no longer fit). YUCK I am back to 212 lbs. I have been exercising, and changed my eating pattern, and watching portions. I have lost 3 lbs this year. I would love to have a friend to help me when I may have a slip up. This year I am determined I will become that healthy, thin Grandmother of 12 emoticon

    Just going through some blogs to see where I can encourage someone. Please know that you are in my prayers today. I'm praying the Lord would lift you up and give you what you need today. Scripture says to cast our cares upon Jesus because He's able to accomplish all that He says He will do. He's the same today, tomorrow and forever, never changing and never failing. Praying you would feel His love today and know that you are cared for.

    Wake up each morning knowing that you have been given a new chance, put a smile on your face, give yourself a little pep talk because you know you can do this and get your day started with a happy thought, and thank God you have this new day. Before you go to sleep each night, thank God for the day you have just had and give yourself a pat on your back for a job well done...that you did the best you could for that day.
Putting God first, know that you are in control! You are working toward making yourself a healthier you. You can do this!!!
