Back to it... again.

Stopped tracking last week after showing a gain. I really should not weigh in on the week after my period. I should just skip that week's weigh in and keep tracking, etc. I think I'll do that from now on.

This week I'm back down to 187.8. Whew. Still quite a large loss in the short time period that I've been doing this. I lose so slowly overall, since I'm short and not very active.

Time to do something about the not active part!

    Yes, you know what to do, so do it.

I am in the same boat, if I did half of what I knew, I would be Superman.

I think Mark Twain said something about doing little of what he knew.

Stick with it, getting things through our thick heads or subconscious is a tough thing to do, but when we do, we have a new lifestyle and that is what this is all about. emoticon emoticon
