Stopped tracking last week after showing a gain. I really should not weigh in on the week after my period. I should just skip that week's weigh in and keep tracking, etc. I think I'll do that from now on.
This week I'm back down to 187.8. Whew. Still quite a large loss in the short time period that I've been doing this. I lose so slowly overall, since I'm short and not very active.
Time to do something about the not active part!
