Just a quick thought!

Well, I've started being fairly strict on myself again. I have been watching what I eat and logging nearly everything. I haven't worked out in like 4 days because I had a "visitor" and really didn't feel like all. I know, I should force myself...but really, it was a struggle to do anything. But anyways, just the change in eating habits made a HUGE difference! I woke up this morning and weighed in-get this: 175.6. That's down from 182! That's 7 pounds! SEVEN POUNDS! Seven. frickin. pounds. I'm just in AWE! Woohoo!

Now, off to the gym!

    You're entry made me chuckle! I remember the "Woohoo!" Feeling. Trying to get back to that. What a struggle it is once you've fallen off the wagon. I think I'm back on. But, when I read your blog entry, I almost thought I wrote it myself! HA! How Funny!

    How awesome are U? 7 pounds is not a little speck--it's a chunk. Imagine 28 sticks of butter!!!! Kudo's to you and I hope you feel better when your "company" goes home.
