One thing I do that helps is plan my meals for the week before I go shopping. Trader Joes is kinda far for me but I love the store, on thier site and emails they have quick meal suggestions. Other ideas for making things quick is do the prepwork the day before if possible. I usually cut my chicken breasts in half pound thinner, brown 5 min on each side, then add a little chicken broth, cover and cook for about 12 minutes or until done. Add a veggie, salad, fruit, and nuked potato and you are set.
Use the crockpot a few times a week-I have mine hooked into my light timer so it doesnt cook too long, I put the ingredients in the night before and put the well in the fridge, pop in and set in the morning, come home to a dinner all done. There are good and healthy crock pot recipes in the recipe section of spark people.
Hope these ideas help, but more than anything, if you have a plan it makes it easier to make better choices.
Good luck

Have a good time at the mall with your little sister...My kids are almost 18, and my daughter you can't keep away from the mall, LOL!

Ya real food is definetely the first step to take. And tracking is just the second, really. You get so much more food if you chose wisely, you feel fuller longer and crave less junk. And hey 30 minutes of work out is GOOD!
