Don't Want To Burn Out!!!

OK I have been going strong for about two or three weeks now. I am resting today. I don't want to burn myself out!! emoticon I am so lovin the results so far!! I am so proud of myself. GOOOOOOOOOOOOO Crystal !!! emoticon ok sorry lol!! I had to do a lil rah rah cheer for myself emoticon. LOL If you don't cheer for yourself or tell yourself encouraging words...... what ???? I know you not waiting for the next person to do it right ???

I can't wait till tonight chatting it up with my Candy Sisters. I can't wait it is going to be so much fun!!!

It is rainy and gray here in Houston,Tx. I am going to brew me some tea and read up on how to amp my workouts up to the 10th POWER ........................POW ya'll better watch out lol!!! emoticon
