Its Sunday morning..... having a hard time sleeping, but last night wasnt to bad.
We all had a lazy day yesterday so today we do need to get some things done.
I am going to try and blog everyday.. some might be long and most probally very short while I get used to it.
Hmmm what to blog about... yesterday I went over on my caleries, but I am proud that I did log EVERYTHING that I ate in my food journal. Before I would just "hide" things so I think that is a good step.
The kids were great yesterday I think they also needed a day off...... but now its hard to get going again lol.....
Goals for today:
* Stay within my food limits today
* Put in 20 mins of cardio
* Make a menu for this week FINISHED
* Plan a grocery trip FINISHED
* At least 3 load of laundry: wash, dry, fold, put away
* Dishes FINISHED WITH KIDS HELP
* Work on cleaning my room and decluttering it (at least 1 hour today)
* WENT GROCERY SHOPPING
* PUT GROCERY'S AWAY
* SEPARATED KIDS/MOM'S SNACKS INTO 1 SERVING BAGS
* CLEANED PANTRY
* BROWNED HAMBURGER TO FREEZE
I better stop there or I will get to overwelmed. Please check with me thro out the day to see if I was able to get my goals finished this will keep me accountable....
