I'm so excited
I just made an appointment to try a new workout system that has just opened a salon near my home. It is the slow weight training method of building strength and muscles. The appointment is for a One on One Personal Seminar to teach you about the system. You will experience the slow-motion strength training in 5 different exercises. I have a treadmill, an elliptical machine, and weights upstairs but never seem to get around to using them. I do Pilates for 50 minutes twice a week but have trouble fitting in other workouts. This PerfectWorkout system I am checking into says in only 20 minutes once or twice a week you can improve your bone density, muscle strength, and tone your body. That sounds like it was made for me and my schedule. Plus I find if I am actually paying for something, I will do it. I'll let you know what I find out next week! www.ThePerfectWorkout.co
