Week 2: Binges and Exercises

I maintained my last wk wt loss this wk. I should lose more this week but I overindulged myself with lots of fried food. I knew I had to work out a lot to even keep my wt from last week so I exercised my butt off. Well, I'm disappointed that I didn't lose any wt but am happy that I didn't gain. I would like to exercise less coming week and control my food intake. Mostly, I shouldn't eat after 6pm. That's where I screw up. I know it but how come I do it all the time?! I will be a perfect one day then next day I eat everything in sight. I have an eating disorder, I think. I need to evaluate my attitude toward food. A lot of thinking to do....I really need to change myself this year. 2011 will be the year to reach all my dreams.
