Migraine!

Friday, January 14, 2011

I had only two hours of sleep last night and woke up with a nasty migraine headache. So I am in the dimly lighted room with no sound happening except for the tapping of the keyboard which sound like it is drilling in my head.

I haven't done anything today, no workout, no water except for when I took my pain killers. I haven't knitted or crochet. I watched a little TV with the volume on low.

Did all my sparking to stay motivated and to take my mind off my troubles.

I will be better tomorrow and will be back to my old self again, This is just a backward step.

Every time I write a great blog telling everyone that I slept great or got more orders, made money, ect. I jinks myself.

I am jinks.

Thanks for letting me vent.

Good Night!

Try to get some sleep. That is usually the only thing that will take my migraines away.
I hope it is gone tomorrow! emoticon

If you can bounce back from a migraine in 24-36 hours you're doing GREAT! The worst ones for me are the ones I wake up with because they're already firmly entrenched and at that point there isn't much to do but ride them out. The amount of time that takes varies but I think the norm is about 3 days ... not fun! Take care of yourself and rest. Feel better soon. Hugs. SM
