A brief redux on my last blog....if I start to feel stress, I'm going to walk it out or hit the weights! Why didn't I think of this before? That ios guaranteed to do the trick. I highly recommend others try it. Maybe I'm the last one to figure this out but, whatever, I'm doing it!
I guess I'm really feeling better as I did all my work out with intensity. I focused on controlling weights and form to the point that I added extra sets.
I also cleansed my soul by realizing I can be a pain to be around when I'm in a bad state. I try to isolate myself so I do not create collateral damage. It's just like anything else. Why bring people down with you? I have to be stronger and more aware. I will do this. Keep those positive waves! Out
