Moment of Weakness...up 1 1/2 pounds

In a moment of weakness I ate bbq potato chip (no not the whole bag) and now the scale is telling me about it. I know its water weight, you cant really put on that much weight over night but it still sucks! Oh well just going to pick myself up dust my self off and go on. Its just a minor setback. emoticon

    I love plain potato chips and have vowed to not eliminate them anymore because it just makes me go over the edge. And really, 1 serving of 24 chips is only 150 calories, no big deal in the big picture! so work it in if you love them!

    ps...chips are my kryptonite! I have to love 'em and leave 'em every now and then. I just can't say never to chips!

    pss..Good luck but have some fun with the cake testing. I did this with my daughter..along with food tasting at her venue..too much decadence..and loads of fun! :-)

    You're right -- a minor setback. And now you know what they do to you, so hopefully you'll stay away from them next time. I finished off my grandson's cheetos yesterday. Not a wise move...
