This is me at our Christmas party - December 2010.
I am using this as a starting point - to look, feel and be better.
I am not happy with how I have been doing - good some weeks, bad others.....
I know I need to be more consistent with my exercise and with my diet.
I am a mom, so I think about my daughter the majority of the time, but I need to focus on me and give myself some "me time" to do what I need to do to make myself better.
I would like to maybe start running - but I am not sure exacting how to do that - I would love to hear how other started out and how it works for them. I know I love zumba and turbojam - so I need to make that priority as well.
I know what I need to do - and I have a plan - so now - NO EXCUSES!
