I know this program can work, because it's worked for me before. But this time I need to do it slowly, sustainably, and keep the weight off.
Week 1 was good, I took off half a kilo. I haven't had an official week 2 weigh in, but so far, it would seem I've put ON 2kgs. Outrageous!
Gotta stick with it so putting together this blog to try and keep my motivation in check.
Only a small set back in the long journey. Read some blogs. Time to be serious about sticking with what I'm eating and if I am still struggling, I can get some help from other members.
