This week has been rough. I never really paid much attention, but I now realize my battle with food is a tough one. There isn't a moment that I'm not "craving" or at least thinkin about eating that junk I used to eat. I broke down today and added a bowl of cereal as my dessert tonight, the whole time thinkin I was so weak to just have to have that. Then after filling in my food for the day, I realized I was WAY TOO FAR behind on my food. I guess I'm either eating too much or not enough. Hopefully I'll find that balance soon.
PS Anyone have any tips to drinking water that just tastes AWFUL?!?
