Focussed and loving it---- away from home without fitness DVDs (I'm the Latin dance champ of the workout world) and started making playlists on You Tube of little workout segments that add up to a whole. I've added some ten minute blasts for lunch time too!!
Avoiding bread which means my sugar cravings are gone.....its all lovely. Taking time for meditation, too. I'm feeling really groovy---chilled and with a little bubble of joy breaking the surface. It wasn't until it came back that I knew I'd lost it.
