So I haven't done much fitness-wise in a while. I haven't been tracking my calories, workouts, or anything. I got weighed on Saturday at 136 lbs. even. I've just been trying to stay active and get to the gym when I can. Terrible, isn't it?
So I am in need of goals again. I have been taking Salsa classes lately, and although that's technically not working out it is a lot of fun and has kept me moving. I really just want to stay fit and active and am having a hard time finding goals that stick to keep me motivated. Any suggestions? :-)
