Yesterday ended up emoutional for me. I guess starting a new journey in life. Also dealing with some family issues all at the same time.
Today I am dealing with feeling down and trying not to....

So how do you get yourself up when your feeling down???? I need some advice...

    I absolutely agree with JuneBug... If I'm feeling bad in any way, I find some kind of exercise to do. I have found that it helps to clear my head and just relax. Plus I get to burn off some calories at the same time. I hope things start to look up for you - your SparkFriends will be here to help you through and help keep you motivated. :)

    Well, as trite as it may sound...I exercise and it really helps me! I guess those endorphins really get moving. I never believed exercise could help, but I've had some things happen in my life that really got me down so I went to the Y and either swam laps or rode the recumbent bike. I could think things out and I sure felt better when I was through.
