So got on the scale yesterday after sweating profusely at Turbofire 45. I really kicked it this time and I burned almost 500 calories. I was down again, to 167.8, the lowest I've seen. But sometimes I am just dehydrated after working out, so wasn't sure that was a number I could trust. This morning, got up and there it was!
What's crazy is that the number isn't exciting, it's the downward direction on the scale and the feeling that my hard work is finally resulting in lbs. down.
