Getting Stuck!

I'm so pleased today. I dipped just under 135. But sometimes I get stuck! I tend to get stuck at the 5s and 10s. I am so busy congratulating myself that I give myself little treats that are food related and then I get stuck at the 5 and 10 milestones of weight loss.

My status today is "slow and steady wins the race". I'm focusing on consistency and congratulating myself with non-caloric treats.

With the ice over the "snow pack" here in Georgia (no we've never been able to say snow pack around here before!) I have not been to the gym, but I have been faithful to do the 28 Day-Bootcamp video, 30 min of cardio and a few challenges from my teams here at home.

I've gone over my calories once or twice, gone over carbs once and gone over fats a few times, but not by much. I've decided to not give up - progress not perfection. emoticon

    You are so right! I have a spa gift card from Christmas that I'm saving for when I hit 129 - hopefully by the end of February. Thanks for the suggestions.

    You need to find some none food related rewards for your milestones. New Jeans, new hair style, new shoes - something that will be exciting for you and not ruin all that hard work!
