I am so disappointed in myself. I worked so hard last year to lose everything that I lost only to have gained a lot of it back. I really need to kick it into gear. We bought a wii last weekend and I bought the wii fit plus to go with it. I also bought the Biggest Loser Challenge workout game. I was finally able to do my first workout with it today. My head finally stopped killing me enough for me to do a 45 min workout. I did set my workout schedule for 5 days a week for atleast 30 min a day. I hopefully will be doing more but at the rate that I set and in 12 weeks I should be at my goal of 125lbs.

wake up with head not hurting
get atleast a 30 min workout in
scrapbook something as a reward
log my food intake
