Day 1

This is my first day of SP. I signed up yesterday but started the program today. It is hard because I have not been able to get to the grocery store so I working with what I have on hand.
Today I have not gotten enough caleries so do I get them tonight or just forget them??? hmmmmmmm

    Try not to think of this as a diet. We have to learn to live a healthy lifestyle and that includes eating healthy food. If you don't get all your calories in one day, that's long as you don't make a habit of it. Try and add some fruit when you're below your calories.

    I ran into the same dilemna when I started! We're so used to starving ourselves when we diet that we don't realize how much food we can eat and still lose weight - as long as it is the right stuff.
