emoticon You know what Spark Fam U guys were right. I thought about it and I didnt do too bad. I guess I felt I did horrible because I did not spread the feedings I had out right. I am doing better today. Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. And also for the calorie king info. I need to but a spiral notebook for all the info u guys give out. I mean I learn alot from the website But it seems I learn alot more from my sparkfriends.

    LOL...I just left a comment on your other blog. Just suggesting to up your protein and healthy fats. It will help a lot of curb your cravings. Remember you need these things too to make sure your muscles are strengthening.
